SoulChoice Community Guidelines

SoulChoice is an app for real-world meetups. These guidelines explain what is allowed in the app, how to report a violation, and what happens to those who break the rules. They apply to every user and form part of our Terms of Use.

1. Who can use the app

• Users aged 18 and over only. Accounts of minors are removed without warning.
• One person, one account. Registration requires a verified phone number.
• Every profile passes selfie verification. Profiles that have not passed it cannot take part in invitations.

2. What is not allowed

• Fake photos and deception. Photos of other people, images taken from the internet, false age or false name.
• Harassment and abuse. Threats, humiliation, stalking, or hate speech based on nationality, religion, gender, orientation or disability.
• Sexual content. Nudity, pornography, offers of sexual services, and any sexual content involving minors (reported to law enforcement).
• Violence. Calls to violence, graphic cruelty, or displaying weapons in a threatening context.
• Commercial use and spam. Advertising, selling goods or services, recruiting to other platforms, mass link sharing, financial schemes and requests for money transfers.
• Fraud. Attempts to obtain money, personal data or SMS codes, and links to phishing sites.
• Illegal goods. Drugs, weapons, forged documents, or any other unlawful offers.
• Other people's personal data. Publishing someone else's phone number, address or photos without consent.
• Disrupting meetups. Repeatedly failing to show up for agreed meetings or misleading the other person.

3. How to report

You can report directly from the app:

• A user — from their profile, "Report" button;
• An invitation — from the invitation card;
• Messages — from the conversation.

Reports can also be sent to support@soulchoice.app. We review reports within 24 hours.

4. Blocking a user

Any user can be blocked with one tap from their profile. Once blocked, they cannot see your invitations, apply to them or message you. Blocking requires no explanation and takes effect immediately.

5. Moderation and consequences

Photos, profile texts and invitations are moderated. Depending on the severity of the violation we may:

• remove a photo, invitation or message;
• issue a warning;
• temporarily restrict access to features;
• block the account with no refund of the subscription;
• report the case to law enforcement — for threats to life, fraud, or content involving minors.

We have zero tolerance for abusive behaviour: accounts breaking section 2 are blocked.

6. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, write to support@soulchoice.app from the phone number used at registration. We reply within 24 hours and review the decision.

7. Staying safe at meetups

• Choose a public place for a first meeting.
• Tell someone close to you where you are going and with whom.
• Never send money or share documents with someone you have just met.
• If you are threatened at a meeting, contact the police, then report the user in the app.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all related data directly in the app: "Profile" → "Settings" → "Delete account". Instructions are also available on the account deletion page.
