By using the SoulChoice application, you agree to these Terms of Use. The terms of payment for the paid subscription, payment methods and the refund procedure are set out in the Public Offer.
SoulChoice is a mobile application for finding company for events: concerts, restaurants, bars and travel. Users create invitations and find people with similar interests.
Rights holder and operator of the application: Индивидуальный предприниматель Аладаг Мустафа (sole proprietor Aladag Mustafa; ИНН 773434444897, ОГРНИП 326774600434708), acting on the basis of the EGRIP record sheet dated 17.06.2026 issued by МИФНС России № 46 по г. Москве.
A link to a product is allowed only to stores from the service's list and is subject to moderation; the purchase is made outside SoulChoice, the service is not a party to the transaction and is not responsible for the product, delivery or payment. No more than 3 gift invitations per 7 days.
You are responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates the rules.
By uploading photos and other content, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to it and that the profile photos depict you personally. Uploading photos of other people without their consent is prohibited; when detected, such content is removed and the violator's account is blocked.
SoulChoice acts as an information intermediary (Article 1253.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and does not pre-screen all user content. At the same time, every account undergoes mandatory selfie verification before participating in invitations — this is a due-diligence measure that is not an absolute guarantee of a user's identity.
If you believe that your photo or image is being used in the service without your consent (Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), send a request to support@soulchoice.app indicating the profile and confirming that the image depicts you. We review such requests within 48 hours; if the violation is confirmed, the content is removed and the violator's account is blocked. A profile can also be reported inside the application.
A user who has posted content in violation of the rights of third parties is solely liable for all related claims and undertakes to compensate the service for any losses caused.
SoulChoice is a dating platform and is not responsible for the actions of users outside the application.
We have the right to block an account in the event of a violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the settings.
Measures: warning → temporary suspension → blocking. Suspension also occurs automatically after two confirmed no-shows for a meeting (after a no-show for a meeting with a gift — after one). A suspended account cannot create invitations, responses or messages. Blocking a chat partner closes the chat for both parties; messages are retained for 90 days for the handling of complaints. If one of the parties deletes their account, the chat remains with the other party marked "Deleted user". The following limits apply: one active invitation and one active request, three free responses, a limit on the number of sign-in codes. The fee for a paid period is not refunded if the account is blocked for a violation.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the application constitutes agreement with the new version. We give notice of material changes in the application at least 7 days in advance.
